* Reduced Registration Categories / Proof of Status / Membership
EMAS Member: The reduced registration fee for EMAS Members will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration. To register as a Member, information regarding your membership will be required upon registration.
EMAS Junior Member: The reduced registration fee for EMAS Junior Members up to the age 35 will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration. To register as an EMAS Junior Member information regarding your date of birth and proof of your age as well as your membership will be required upon registration.
EMAS Member Student/Fellow/Nurse: To register as an EMAS Member student, fellow or nurse, a proof of eligibility is required and must be uploaded during the registration process directly on the platform. This can be in form of a copy of student ID, an official letter from the clinic, hospital or university confirming that you are a student/fellow/nurse at the time of registration and for the duration of the conference. In addition, the reduced fee will be granted only to Members with an active membership at the point of registration and information regarding your membership will be required upon registration.
Non-Member Junior: To register as a Non Member Junior up to the age 35, information regarding your date of birth and proof of your age will be required upon registration.
Non-Member Student/Fellow/Nurse: To register as an student, fellow or nurse, a proof of eligibility is required and must be uploaded during the registration process directly on the platform. This can be in form of a copy of student ID, an official letter from the clinic, hospital or university confirming that you are a student/fellow/nurse at the time of registration and for the duration of the conference.
Day Ticket: A maximum of one day ticket per delegate can be booked. A day ticket will be charged with the same registration fee no matter of your member or professional status.
Payment / Registration Confirmation / Invoice
The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of completed online registration AND payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed or the payment received after the deadline, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The registration confirmation/invoice will be provided upon receipt of payment in full and proof of status if applicable.
Media Registration
To register as a media representative, please contact EMAS 2025 Registration Team at [email protected]. There is no registration fee for accredited media representatives. However, to register as a media representative, you must submit a copy of your official Media or Press card.
Group Registration
Registrations for 5 or more persons will be handled separately as a group booking. There is no discount for group registrations available.
A payment order will be sent together with a name list template by email to the group manager once the EMAS 2025 Registration Team has received the fully completed online group registration form. Please note that group bookings must be paid by bank transfer.
Individual data of each group member such as first name, last name, individual email address and postal address must be provided.
New group requests will be considered until 25 April 2025, 24:00 CET (names, required attendee data and payment in full must be made until 30 April 2025) to guarantee a smooth procedure. After that date, only individual online registration will be possible.
A final registration invoice shall be issued and sent to the group manager after the congress.
